Siren Song Winery
This project consisted of excavation and embankment of 11,000 CY in addition to 3,600 CY of embankment imported to construct vineyard terraces. Crews installed utilities: 8″ C-900 water main, 4” DI fire line, removal and relocation of existing primary power, trenching and backfill for new secondary, relocation of existing 4″ sanitary sewer, 8″ ADS storm drainage including over 20 drainage structures and two 3,000 gal. concrete crush tanks. Surfacing & Finishes: 25,000 SF of flat work preparation, 2,100 LF of Curb and Gutter, 31,000 SF HMA, and Striping. Construction was carefully coordinated with many other trades with a tight timeline to open this beautiful winery on the shores of Lake Chelan.
